We have started using Ballot Bliss and have been very happy so far with the system. Homeowners have liked using it and it is very user friendly. We switched from another system that we had been with for several years and just have found the team at Ballot Bliss easy to work with and very supportive.

As a prospective client, I wanted to evaluate Ballot Bliss’s survey feature to see how well it would serve our community. Ballot Bliss generously offered to host one survey at no cost to our association, which gave us a great opportunity to experience their platform firsthand. The entire process was quick and straightforward. The software is very user-friendly, and whenever I needed assistance, their customer service team responded promptly and thoroughly answered all of my questions. During the initial email distribution, some messages were rejected due to filtering issues. However, the customer service team quickly troubleshot the problem and resolved it within a day, achieving a 100% email delivery rate. The survey results were presented in a clear, easy-to-read format, and both the Board and homeowners were very pleased with the overall experience. As a result, the Board has voted to switch from our previous provider to Ballot Bliss. We already have another survey scheduled and are looking forward to using the platform again for our annual vote in January.

Our HOA needed to obtain homeowner approval for an amendment to our governing documents transferring exterior painting responsibility from individual homeowners to the Association. With approximately 280 deeded homeowners, obtaining the required approval from 30% of the membership was a significant undertaking. We needed a secure, easy-to-use voting platform that would encourage participation while providing an accurate and transparent voting process. Ballot Bliss was allowing my clients to have a much better and customized experience to e-vote for their homeowners association board of directors election. It's also very nice to have the option of including associations logos which make the e-ballot look nicer.
